i will start

I think that the eragon book is better than the film because the film misses out scenes such as tarnag and the desert. (i have already stated this in a previous message but i couldn't think of anything else:lol!: )

This is why i submitted this poll!!!!!Exclamation

first off, dude its a forum, they might not have been on when you posted this topic but anywayz

I'd say book because there is a lot more detail and you get to imagine what the settings and characters will be like, the movies, if they are based on a book, miss out a lot of key bits. Eragon and Harry Potter movies are an example of this

there is the arguement that a picture says a thousand words (which would be even more in a motion picture) but that picture is what they want us to see, not as we imagine it or would like it to be (most of the time)

these are my thoughts, i might edit my post later but i have coursework to do now, c ya pps

I think books are better because you can fit so much more in them than films!

I say books cos then you feel ur in the characters postion. With a film ur more focused on what the character is doing

Quite right. I think books delve into feelings and reactions more than films. It would hardly be a good film with a large bubble comingout of the characters head saying his thoughts. lol!

Thats not the point, in a book you are supposed to feel as if you ARE the main character not, to know what they are thinking!!!!
