Its basically a load of people who have different powers. There is a bad guy called sila who wants to kill everybody. It ended with a large explosion being averted in the middle of new york.

He's excellent, personally i prefer the Demonata series and so far the most recent one Death's shadow it's probably ther shortest Demonata book he has done so far.

At the weekend i read up to book 9 and want to read number 10 i just wanted to ask what book 10 is like and what it's about. Also marbadee guvnor pearl is naff, one minute he's there and the next Kurda has slit his throat he was quite unimpressive! Also did nobody else see the 'twist' where it's his best friend who is the vampanze lord before the end of book 9 when darren told vancha??
