Admin and moderator messaging

i am going to set up a new froum named help and support. Now, in here you can post any problems you have and anybody can help. If it something to do that only an admin or moderator can sort out then please say so. Also (i know this may shock some of you) but email is here for a reason. EMAIL people to ask for help. dont just suffer also the forum has a private message system where you can talk to people via the forum. Please note though that there are word censors so dont put anything rude .
